Prechange Live · Saskatoon
It's not resistance. It's the conditions.
Bringing colleagues? Invite them so each has a seat and a name badge: Email · WhatsApp · Share on LinkedIn
This evening is also the launch of Prechange, the book.
Most changes don't stall because people resist them. They stall because the conditions around people aren't ready: energy, headroom, perspective and routines.
60 minutes with Sukant Ratnakar, author of Prechange, the book:
The idea (15 min): why changes stall, and the four conditions.
The Check, together (15 min): take it beforehand through your event's link, or on your phone in the session. When 5 or more take part, we look at the group's results together, never anyone's own.
The workshop (25 min): what to do about the weakest condition.
Next steps (5 min): running the Check with your own team.
Q&A and networking (30 min): questions, conversation, connections and book signing.
This measures the conditions around you, not you.
You leave with your own Prechange report, your plan for this month, and a clear way to talk about change readiness without blaming people. HR managers, leaders and consultants approved as Associates are invited to run a Room with their team.
For CEOs and business leaders, HR leaders, change managers, consultants and coaches. At the Alice Turner Library; bring your phone. Copies of Prechange, the book, will be in the room.
Take the Check whenever and however it suits you: before the session, during it or after, through this event's link: Take the Check →. It can be taken once every 90 days; if you took it in the last 90 days, bring your report.
