We’re hosting a small group of real estate developers, investors, principals, and GPs for a summer afternoon on the water — beginning with lunch and drinks at Grand Banks (included w/ your ticket), followed by an unforgettable day at the New York Sail Grand Prix (included w/ your ticket) to watch the event from a spectator boat off Governor's Island.

After lunch aboard Grand Banks, guests will take the ferry to the race venue for the Mubadala New York Sail Grand Prix, where high-speed catamarans, waterfront views, and race-day energy come together for one of the most exciting live sporting events in the city.
Space is limited, and attendance will be kept intentionally small.

11:00 AM–1:00 PM – Lunch at Grand Banks
1:00–2:00 PM – Head to Pier 81 for boat pickup, anchoring along the race course between the Statue of Liberty and Governors Island
3:30–5:00 PM – 4 heats of racing, running consecutively
5:00–5:30 PM – Post-race celebration with food, drinks, and music
5:30–6:00 PM – Return Pier 81 for drop-off
