Graduating into an AI world

​“Graduating into the AI World” is a panel and sharing session for students and recent graduates entering an increasingly AI-driven job market.

​The session will explore how AI is changing roles, hiring expectations, and the skills needed across both tech and non-tech industries. We will bring together perspectives from a young professional who has recently navigated internships and job hunting, as well as HR practitioners and industry leaders from startups and MNCs.

​Our early-career panellist will share their first-hand experience of finding opportunities, building relevant skills, using AI during their job search, preparing for interviews, and transitioning into the workplace.

​Through a GOH sharing, moderated panel, audience Q&A, and informal networking, participants will gain practical insights, not just general advice, on how recent graduates have navigated the AI-driven job market and how they can prepare for their own careers.
