Hike & Ground in Monsanto: A Gentle All-Levels Self-Reflection Walk 🌿

​Join us on 31 January at 10:00 for a grounding, all-levels hike through Parque Florestal de Monsanto, following the Trilho Azul trail. This experience is designed not only to explore nature, but also to support self-reflection, grounding and resetting as we close the month. 🌱

​We’ll move through peaceful forest paths, open clearings, and panoramic viewpoints overlooking Lisbon and the river. The vegetation along the trail is beautifully diverse stone pines, Buçaco cypresses, cork oaks, and holm oaks. If we walk quietly through the “Volta do Planalto,” we may even spot the rare red squirrel. 🐿️

​Monsanto’s blend of dense woods and bright openings creates the perfect setting to slow down, connect inward, and breathe. Everyone is welcome.
