Our Fitness Events at modelme are designed to rejuvenate your body and mind. Our event will begin with an energising workout, helping you release tension and stress, and boost your mood, confidence, and focus. This physical reset sets the stage for a powerful mental health workshop, supporting you in stepping into a stronger, more resilient version of yourself - physically and mentally.

How to make sure your priorities stay a priority in 2026
Communicating your priorities without people-pleasing
Maintaining boundaries and a healthy work-life balance
Creating a clear vision and goals to support your priorities
Putting yourself and your well-being first
Come dressed in your fitness kit, ready to work out. Changing facilities are available at the venue if needed.
After the session, enjoy a light brunch with coffee, tea, and juices at the Madera restaurant in Treehouse Hotels, leaving you refreshed and ready to take on your day.
