Sydney Stanback | Senior Manager of Brand Research, Pinterest: At Pinterest, Sydney has dedicated five years to developing research that informs the company's go-to-market strategies and reinforces its thought leadership. She's led the research development for key programs like Pinterest Predicts for the past three years, providing the industry with actionable insights on consumer trends. Before Pinterest, Sydney held research and strategy roles at iHeartMedia, Nielsen and PHD, gaining extensive experience in media analytics and consumer insights. A seasoned thought leader, Sydney continues to offer valued and impactful insights on consumer behavior.

Becca DeCoud (day-koo) | Director, New Product Launch, MAC Cosmetics: Becca is a beauty strategist with a background in luxury retail, merchandising, and global product launch, currently working at the intersection of creativity and operational rigor. She’s especially interested in how brands scale innovation without losing cultural relevance—and how taste, storytelling, and systems quietly shape what ends up on our shelves. 

Dina Fierro | Senior Vice President, Consumer Engagement, K18 at Unliever Prestige: Dina is an innovative and consumer-centric marketing leader with 15+ years of experience building global brands both on agency and brand-side. In her current role, she drives end-to-end consumer engagement strategy at K18, a science-backed prestige haircare brand known for biotech innovation and breakthrough repair. Dina leads global initiatives across social media, brand communications, influencer/creator partnerships, and community marketing—crafting a unified, data-informed consumer journey. Prior to her role at K18, she's held a variety of leadership positions at Shiseido, NARS, and Christian Louboutin.
