​当 Agent 开始自己花钱，谁在授权、谁承担风险、谁来分钱？

​国内和海外走的是两条路，两边都还没有答案。所以这次不请人讲课，就是一屋子在做这件事的朋友把问题摊开聊。正好有几位海外的朋友在上海，一起。

​谁该来：做 agent 产品且真要处理付款的、做支付和跨境结算的、出海电商和商户、看 fintech 的投资人，以及被这个问题困扰过的任何人。

​当晚分两个区，端着 pizza 随便走：

• ​Product & Technical — 怎么做出来：授权边界、身份验证、误购谁兜底、协议怎么选。有白板，谁讲谁画。

• ​Commercialization — 怎么赚钱：谁先付钱、商户凭什么接、卡在哪、一套系统能不能同时接住两边。

​When agents start spending money — who authorizes, who takes the risk, who gets paid?

​China and the rest of the world are going down different paths, and neither has it figured out. So this isn't a talk. It's a room of people actually building this, putting their open problems on the table. A few friends visiting from overseas are joining.

​Who should come: you build agent products that touch payments, you work in payments or cross-border settlement, you run a merchant going global, you invest in fintech — or this problem has kept you up at night.

​The evening split into two corners, wander freely:

• ​Product & Technical — how to build it: authorization limits, agent identity, who eats a wrong purchase, which protocol to bet on. Whiteboard's there, whoever's talking holds the marker.

• ​Commercialization — how it makes money: who pays first, why a merchant integrates, what's blocking each market, whether one stack serves both sides.
