Join us for a mindful evening designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
This 45-minute session blends gentle stretching, restorative yoga, and guided breathwork, led by a certified yoga and breathwork instructor Liz (@lizzy_lotuss)
Whether you’re new to yoga or already have a practice, this experience is designed to help you release stress and reset before the weekend.
Following the class, we’ll have time to connect with others, unwind, and enjoy refreshments provided by our partners Dose Juice, Blume & others
