About Event

BeaCon 2025 is a two-day, in-person event designed to advance equity and inclusion in the business world. This year’s theme focuses on empowering underrepresented groups, including youth, women, Indigenous communities, and diverse entrepreneurs.  

The program will feature visionary keynote speeches, interactive panels, and workshops aimed at providing actionable tools and fostering meaningful connections. Each day includes two major keynote sessions for all attendees, alongside breakout sessions tailored to specific groups.  

DAY 1

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Registration, Breakfast & Networking

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Opening Keynote: Building an Inclusive Economy

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Parallel Breakout Sessions
