The discipline behind it: how a search firm defines a brief, builds a map, and calibrates a shortlist
How to translate that into an in-house context and where internal teams have a real advantage, because you already know the business better than any agency ever will
Part 2 - AI-powered market mapping
Where AI is genuinely strong today: market mapping - turning a role into a defensible, accurate universe of people
The prompting approach, and how to structure a project if you're an internal head of talent
A live demo, built in the room
Open discussion on what people have already built and where it's breaking
⏰ The Format
This is a working session, not a talk. Expect short bursts of ~10–15 minutes followed by group discussion, with room to go deep if something lands. Come with a live role, a map you've attempted, or a prompt that didn't work - the best parts of these sessions come from the room.
