This meetup is designed primarily for working professionals, builders, engineers, startup teams, and experienced developers who are actively exploring how AI coding agents can improve real-world software development workflows.

​Whether you’re already using Codex or just curious about coding agents, this is your chance to meet the team, connect with peers, and explore how AI is transforming the way we build software.

​Just a few quick reminders to help the day run smoothly:

​1) Approval required for entry

• ​We will only be able to admit approved participants.

• ​Due to security measures, there will not be any on spot registrations and we cannot make any exceptions. Please do not arrive at the venue without approval.

​2) Arrival timing

• ​Registration opens at 6:00pm, and we’ll begin at 6:30pm sharp.

• ​To keep things fair for everyone, check-in closes at 6:30pm and we won’t be able to admit late arrivals.

​3) In-person event

• ​This is an in-person-only event.

• ​If your plans change or you can’t arrive by 6:00pm, we’d really appreciate you cancelling your spot so someone on the waitlist can join.

• ​We do keep track of no-shows to help us plan future community events fairly.
