​We’re hosting a fireside chat with Stephan Hotz, the former Chief Product and Technology Officer at Wandelbots - currently building a new venture in stealth - in conversation with Bastian Bullmann, Principal at Atlantic.

​Stephan led the Prodcut & Engineering teams at Wandelbots through its shift from hardware to software, rebuilding the product vision from the ground up. We’ll get into what that actually looked like in practice, the trade-offs, the hard decisions, and what it takes to rethink a product when times change.

​After the session, we’ll continue with drinks, snacks and conversations with a small group of builders from Berlin’s ecosystem.
