About Event

Most rooms about the AI SDLC are full of slides. This one isn't.

We've taken over a private room at Zuma for a small dinner. Sixteen engineering leaders comparing notes on what a software factory actually looks like when agents write most of the code. Merge queues, review bots, gates, eval harnesses, canaries, flags, the works. The honest version, not the keynote version.

Why this dinner, why now

Every CTO and VP Eng we talk to is running the same set of experiments. Agents opening PRs. Review bots on every diff. Reshaping the release process around code nobody on the team actually wrote.

And it all hits the same wall. The factory got much faster this year, and the part where you decide something is safe to merge didn't change at all. Somebody reads the diff, the tests go green, you ship, you find out later. Nobody we've met has that solved.

A few hours and a good meal should fix some of that.

The format

  • 16 seats, peer-level, carefully curated

  • Chatham House Rule- share the ideas, not the names

  • No pitches, no demos, no decks

Who's in the room CTOs, VPs of Engineering and Heads of Platform at companies where agents are already writing production code.

Who's hosting The team at Hud. We build runtime context for AI coding agents, so a change can be checked against how those exact functions actually behave in production. But this dinner isn't about us. It's about the room.

Dinner's on us. See you at the table.
