​Train the Trainer is often the first leadership step for hourly employees. It's where future shift leaders learn to pass on what they know. But most programs stop at "shadow someone for a week."

​This month, we're tackling Train the Trainer programs. How to build a structured path that develops teaching skills, not just operational knowledge.

​We'll dig into:
→ Where Train the Trainer fits in your career ladder and what skills are actually prerequisites
→ Common pitfalls that derail programs before they take hold
→ Crawl, walk, run: building a phased program and what belongs in each stage
→ Implementation toolkit: which training modalities work for what (e.g., e-learning, check-ins, coaching, group sessions, skill validation)
→ Measuring trainer effectiveness beyond completion rates

​✨ New in 2026: Two sessions, same week. Session 1 includes the guest speaker. Session 2 recaps, digs into more examples, and gets hands-on in Opus. Attend one, attend both. Non-Opus customers welcome.
