​About the trainer

​I’m Ileana Marcut, a Product Strategist and UX Designer with over 15 years of experience in design, product, and digital innovation.

​I’m the founder of Creative Glue Lab, a Berlin-based product design and development studio, where I combine UX, strategy, and AI to help teams move from uncertainty to direction.

In the last 10 years, I’ve been collaborating and running idea validation, problem framing sessions, and innovation workshops for companies like SAP, Experian, LLoyds, Vorwerk, and Dun & Bradstreet. Now I’m bringing that same hands-on energy here.
