🧘🏻♀️ 50-min Mat Pilates for all levels: Theme for this session is Nervous System Reset. A sculpt-focused mat pilates class for office workers to build mobility and build strength. Ending off with aromatherapy to calm nervous system.
☁️ 90-min Scent-making Workshop: Time to breathe and enjoy a moment of stillness in this scent discovery workshop. With guidance, journey through a curated seasonal palette of fragrance notes that is inspired by your mood, memory or simply what you're drawn to in the moment.
