​How can investors better understand the real-world impacts behind the companies and projects in their portfolios? Join Rainforest Action Network (RAN), Amazon Watch, and Ethic in connecting the dots between major financial institutions, the projects they finance, and the effects those investments can have on local communities and ecosystems.

​This panel of experts will share: a frontline perspective on the impacts of deforestation and climate destabilization, how research and mapping financial flows expose the actors responsible for environmental destruction, and the critical leverage points that are available to investors, such as portfolio construction and shareholder ownership, and how together we can hold corporations accountable for their actions and create sectoral change.
