​Join us for a yoga flow designed to help you feel stronger, more connected and grounded, while supporting local animal shelters.

​Joining is always free. But if the class moves you, you can move something back, and every cent you donate goes directly to the shelter we are supporting that month, with zero deductions along the way.

​This month that shelter is @adoro.mimos, a small volunteer-run shelter in Mafra.
