走遍世界各地、高山低谷，到過陌生的國度，在旅途上遇見有趣的靈魂。每次出走再回到香港，帶回來的除了是故事、回憶，也是一個新的自己。我們好奇，哪一趟旅程讓你念念不忘？哪一個時刻令你誠實面對自己？
這次 World Cafe，除了讓每個人都有機會分享自己的故事和經歷，更會在最後將大家的見聞都編織連結起來。我們想知道：一群深度遊者共同想像出來的，是一個怎樣的世界？
Thirsty for connection, we sip coffee and share our longing for deep travel.
Journeying across the world—over mountains and through valleys, visiting unfamiliar countries, meeting interesting souls along the way—each time we set off and return to Hong Kong, what we bring back is not only stories and memories, but also a new version of ourselves.
We’re curious: which journey has stayed with you the most? Which moment made you honestly face yourself?
In this World Café, everyone will have the opportunity to share their own stories and experiences. At the end, we will weave together all of our encounters and insights. We wonder: what kind of world will a group of deep travelers create together?

渴喝是位於長沙灣的旅行及世界主題複合空間，整幢四層連天台：提供咖啡店、書店、選物及社區空間。

地面是咖啡店，以民族風格的毛氈、壁畫及餐具裝飾。一樓的書店是出售各地旅遊書籍和文學作品，民族風服飾、家品等。二樓是活動空間。
The ground floor is a café, decorated with ethnic-style felt ornaments, murals, and tableware. Bookstore on the first floor sells travel books from around the world and literary works, as well as ethnic-style clothing and household items.The second floor is where event happens.

☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？
世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。
第一部分參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。
第二部分所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發，由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。
📝 活動內容
3 pm 稍息時間。你可以在渴喝咖啡店買小食或飲品，並於活動開始 (3:30pm)前食用完畢。
3:30 pm-5:30 pm 世界咖啡館 第一部分：小組討論
5:30 pm-6:00 pm 世界咖啡館 第二部分：集體智慧
💰 收費
Standard: 每人$150。
Supporter: 如果您希望支持未來的世界咖啡館（我們將致力每月舉辦至少一場)，可以選擇靈活定價，起價為$160 。
🏃🏻♀️ 如果我無法在下午3 點準時到達怎麼辦？
不用擔心！活動頭半小時(3pm-3:30pm) 是稍息時間，你只需提早與我們溝通，並於3:30pm前抵達參加「世界咖啡館」部分就可。
✨ 如果名額已滿 (以此活動為例 20 人)，仍可以參加嗎？
你仍可報名但會被列入等候名單。如果在活動前有人告知無法出席，我會與您聯繫，以便您決定是否加入。如果沒有空位，會在日內全額退款。
☕ What is World Cafe?
World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together.
In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.
There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.
After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.
📝 What can you expect?
3 pm doors open. You can purchse light food and coffee at Thirsty coffee shop, and finish it before 3:30pm.

💰What is the cost?
Standard: HKD 150 per person.
Supporter: If you wish to support the future of the World Café (where we aim to host at least one event per month), you can opt for flexible pricing, starting at $160.
🏃🏻♀️What if I can't arrive by 3 pm on time ?

✨ What happens if the event has reached its full capacity (20 people in this case)?
You will be placed on the waiting list. If a spot opens up, I’ll reach out to you so you can decide whether you want to join. If no spots become available, a full refund will be issued
