About

Outbound has fundamentally changed. The best GTM teams no longer rely on static lead lists or generic cold emails. They build repeatable GTM plays around buying signals, helping them reach the right prospects at the right time.

In this workshop, you'll learn how modern GTM engineering works through real examples from the outbound systems I run today. We'll break down signal-based plays, define your ideal customer profile, and help you design the first 3 GTM plays to implement for your business.

Who is this for?

  • Founders building a repeatable outbound motion

  • GTM leaders who want to move beyond list-based prospecting

  • Sales professionals looking to generate pipeline through buying signals instead of volume

  • Early GTM hires responsible for building outbound from scratch

  • Anyone curious about how modern GTM teams think about outbound in the AI era

Who is your host?

Avinash leads the GTM function at Voxy Health, where he designs and runs signal-based outbound plays to generate pipeline in the US healthcare market.

Previously, he helped startups across 0→1, 1→10, and growth stages build outbound engines, close enterprise customers, and establish repeatable GTM motions. In this workshop, he'll share the frameworks and GTM plays he uses in practice, along with the thinking behind how to identify signals, prioritize opportunities, and design scalable outbound systems.
