The practice has four phases:
Present moment enjoyment / well-wishing
Positive self-esteem noting
Being delighted in by an ideal parent or loving being, and noting what it's like
Return to present moment enjoyment / well-wishing
Flow:
8:00–8:10 — Arrival + brief group check-in
8:10–8:50 — Practice
8:50–9:00 — Short reflection + closing / bowing out
Good for: Boosting collective well-being and earned secure attachment.
