Tea and Contentment x Herbfolk
If you’ve been craving a moment to slow down… this is for you.
We’re gathering a small group of people who care about education, wellbeing, and mental health. But more than anything, who just want to feel a little more human again.
This isn't a networking event and there isn't any expectation to be anything other than yourself :)
Just a space, a cozy cup of tea, a chance to exhale and make a new friend.
Here’s what you can expect:
We’ll start with a simple welcome and a gentle prompt to help you arrive (nothing complicated, no prep needed)
We’ll be sharing tea from Herbfolk Tea, created by Erin Masako Wilkins, each blend thoughtfully crafted to slow you down and bring you back to yourself. Erin will also share from her heart.
You’ll be invited into a few relaxed, small-group or 1:1 conversations
There will be quiet moments too, space to just sit, sip your tea, and be
You’re always free to participate as much or as little as you’d like
You may notice we have different passes for this gathering other than a Community Pass (which is complimentary): This helps us cover the experience, with the invitation to give a little more (suggested pricing is $35) in support of the non-profit, Contentment Foundation, who brings simple yet powerful wellbeing practices to educators, students, and communities around the world.
If you’ve been needing a softer place to land, we’d love to have you with us.
About Herb Folk
Herb Folk products are a reflection of Asian American herbalism culture. This allows us to integrate healing traditions that have been carried through the centuries with a modern approach.
Owner, Erin Masako Wilkins, is an Asian American herbalist, Japanese acupuncturist, and the author of Asian American Herbalism: Traditional and Modern Healing Practices for Everyday Wellness. She teaches virtual and in-person workshops, and is faculty at the California School of Herbal Studies and Land of Verse.
Erin's work is rooted in East Asian energetic theory, tapping into her own ancestral healing traditions to empower others to restore health and prevent illness. And she remains a dedicated activist at the intersection of herbalism, racial equity, and environmental justice.
About Contentment Foundation
The Contentment Foundation exists to support the people shaping our children every day: teachers.
They believe that teacher wellbeing shapes future generations, and that when teachers feel supported, resourced, and seen, entire classrooms and communities flourish. Through simple, evidence-based practices rooted in mindfulness, contemplative practices and human connection, they help teachers care for themselves so they can better care for others.
We're excited to share that Contentment Foundation's CEO, Navin Amarasuriya, will personally join us!
