​Continuing on from October's topic, we'll pick one or two PMO AI use cases to explore in more depth. Specific use cases will be published as we get closer to the event time.

​We're capping this at 15 to keep the discussion focused and give attendees a chance to ask questions along the way.

​Format

​This season, we will be using several formats, including presentation, breakout discussion rooms, and round-robin discussion.

​Whether you’re a seasoned PMO leader or just building your toolkit, you’ll walk away with fresh ideas and practical takeaways.

​Most importantly, our group is about connections. These sessions are a chance to network with fellow Seattle-area PMO leaders, swap stories, and recharge with a community that “gets it.”

​Please note: This group is designed specifically for current and former PMO Leaders — those with direct PMO management experience.

​Because our meeting works best when everyone brings real-world insights to the discussion, please join only if you’ve led teams and managed these types of challenges directly.
