

Workout & Worship: Volume 3
Join us for Workout & Worship Volume 3, a space where faith and fitness intersect. We’re gathering people who want to grow in faith while strengthening their bodies through workouts for all levels, powered by gospel and worship music.
We’ll begin with introductions and prayer, followed by 60 minutes of movement: a 10-minute warm-up, 45-minute strength workout, and 5-minute cool-down stretch.
The workout features stations for strength, mobility, and cardiovascular training. All functional movements to help us move with purpose.
We’re also creating a way to give back, supporting Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, a Chicago-based children’s charity that provides safe homes, healing, education, and mentoring for children in crisis.
