Carbon Footprint Measurement & Reporting | RHODOPE GLOBAL
Organisations are increasingly expected to understand, calculate and communicate their greenhouse-gas emissions with accuracy and transparency.
Carbon Footprint Measurement & Reporting is a practical, live one-day programme designed to help participants move from carbon-accounting principles to structured calculation and defensible reporting.
The programme begins with the fundamentals of the GHG Protocol and the distinction between Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. Participants will learn how organisational and reporting boundaries affect carbon inventories, how activity data and emission factors are used, and how emissions are converted into carbon-dioxide equivalent figures.
Through practical exercises, participants will classify emission sources, complete a sample Scope 1 and Scope 2 calculation, and map relevant Scope 3 categories for an industry of their choice.
The final module considers how carbon-footprint information should be presented and communicated, including its relationship with CSRD and ESRS reporting, verification and assurance readiness. CBAM and PCAF will be introduced in context, including PCAF’s relevance to financed emissions.
