Adam Doerr is the Founder of Doerr Company and Business Development Advisor at RedSwan Digital Real Estate, where he works on tokenization and digital asset strategy. His background spans wealth management and digital assets including roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments.
Moderator: Lisa Seim
Lisa has decades of experience trading and selling treasury products across Austria, Germany, and NYC through the 80s and 90s. In 2011, she founded Strategic Exchanges to help financial institutions navigate the post-Dodd Frank regulatory landscape, now working with a consortium of 17+ firms across data, trade surveillance, clearing, legal, and portfolio management.

Gene Grant III is Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Forge Bancorp, building an OCC-chartered, FDIC-insured national bank serving both digital-asset and traditional banking customers. Forge Bancorp is positioned to capitalize on a newly favorable regulatory environment for digital-asset banking, including renewed OCC openness to de novo charters and the GENIUS Act's stablecoin framework. Gene has experience across global banks, capital markets, and fintech.
