About Event

Come for a casual loop around Green Lake to meet other early career climate professionals, chat about what's exciting you in the climate world right now, and make new connections within the PNW climate network.

Who's invited?

No age limits! Anyone identifying as a young professional, young at heart, or interested in connecting with the next generation of PNW climate leaders is welcome to attend.

Getting there

There are lots of public and active transport options. The 45 (U Village to Golden Gardens) and 62 (Downtown to Magnuson Park) buses both run straight to Green Lake and the Roosevelt light rail station is a 10 minute walk away. A great network of protected bike lanes rings the lake.

Important Info:

  • This event is outside! Bring sturdy shoes, hats, sunscreen, or rain jackets as appropriate. The walk is flat and slightly under 3 miles.

  • Well-behaved and leashed dogs are more than welcome to attend!

  • If there's interest, we may continue on at 6:30pm to a local spot for more casual networking over drinks and bites.

Disclaimer: By registering for this event, you agree to share your information with the event organizers, PNW Climate Week, and Climatebase / the Climate Week Network.
