In this hands-on, 3-hour workshop, we focus on what we call Level 4 AI: teaching assistants to handle multi-step reasoning, complex projects, and real data analysis with accuracy you can trust.
Instead of one-off prompts, you’ll learn how to manage AI through structured workflows—where it plans, checks its work, analyzes real numbers, and produces usable outputs you can act on.
What You’ll Learn
How to use AI for project-level reasoning, not just individual tasks
How to guide AI through multi-step workflows so it can research, plan, execute, and summarize complex work
How to use AI to analyze spreadsheets and numerical data accurately—without guesswork or hallucinations
How to move from a basic Prompt Library to a structured Tool Library that organizes assistants and automations by purpose and timing
What You’ll Do
This is not theory. You’ll be working the entire time.
Participants will:
Take an existing AI assistant and give it a full Project Brief, managing it through a step-by-step workflow
Use AI to analyze real spreadsheets, identify trends, and verify calculations to ensure results are fact-based and reliable
Expand their Prompt Library into a Tool Library that maps assistants and automations to weekly business activities
