Human Design for Decision-Making, Focus, and Team Performance
In this 60-minute live workshop, you'll discover how your unique Human Design blueprint affects the way you make decisions, maintain focus, and lead your team, and what to do about it.
You'll walk away with a personalized action plan based on your specific Design Type (how you lead) and Inner Authority (how you make decisions), plus access to tools you can use with your team starting day one.
Here's What Happens
You'll get your Human Design chart (before or during the workshop)
You’ll be guided in real time by our workshop expert, Emily Adams, who will tailor the experience to the design types and inner authorities in the room.
You'll learn your Design Type, how it shapes your decision-making, and the best strategy for YOU to focus and lead
You'll leave with a free trial to our tech platform, where you'll find frameworks and tools to apply what you learned with your team immediately
No prior knowledge of Human Design required. Just bring yourself and your leadership challenges.

How this increases team performance when you lead from your authentic design instead of borrowed frameworks
