What if you could go from zero to a working business — website, CRM, email system, brand — in a single morning?
This is a hands-on, in-person workshop where you'll build a real business operating system from scratch using AI coding tools. No prior coding experience needed.
What you'll do:
• Download and set up the SoloStack boilerplate — a monorepo that replaces Webflow, HubSpot, Teachable, and Klaviyo with code you own
• Install and configure Cursor + Claude Code CLI
• Build your first systems: landing page, CRM, email templates
• Practice prompting AI to ship production-grade code
• Leave with a deployed website and the skills to keep building
What you'll learn:
• How AI coding tools actually work (context windows, prompts, mental models)
• How to think like an engineer without being one
• How to own your entire stack instead of paying for 10 SaaS subscriptions
