About Techmas Fukuoka
Techmas Fukuoka Second Edition is the Manabu Hubs and Fukuoka Startup Collective's annual year-end celebration for the entire tech ecosystem. We blend our signature Demo Day + Light Talk format with a high-energy festive party to commemorate a successful year of global collaboration, local innovation, and startup softlanding successes. It’s the perfect setting for VCs, founders, digital nomads, and tech experts to network with our signature Omotenashi spirit.

What is Techmas Fukuoka all about?
Techmas Fukuoka is our annual celebration, uniquely blending a global innovation showcase (featuring fast-track demos and key insights) with a festive networking gala. We connect local Japanese + Global tech talent with our global network, to celebrate successes and look toward the future.
Who can attend Techmas Fukuoka?
Techmas is open to everyone in the tech ecosystem, including founders, developers, designers, product managers, VCs, corporate partners, and especially digital nomads utilising the Fukuoka ecosystem. Anyone interested in the future of Asia-Pacific innovation is welcome!
What should I wear to Techmas? There’s no strict dress code! We encourage smart casual or business attire, but feel free to add a festive Christmas touch to get into the holiday spirit! ✨
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, we will feature a variety of high-quality finger food options and 1 one drink per person throughout the evening. We’ll have catering Tacos, Fried Chicken (Karaage), Meat Dumplings (Nikudango), Potato, Salad, Tortillas, Chips, etc. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks or soft drinks as well. Or something to share with the community! We can also accommodate allergies. Just let us know in advance in the application!
Can I bring a guest? Absolutely! Feel free to bring friends, colleagues, or partners. Please ensure that every attendee, including guests, secures their own ticket.
Do I need to bring anything to the event? Just bring your digital ticket, a positive attitude, and your business cards, ready to network and celebrate a fantastic year of growth!
Is there a refund policy? Yes, tickets are refundable up to 10 days before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after that date due to necessary venue and catering commitments.

Note: Doors will open at 5.30pm to 5:50pm and we'll kick off the event at 6pm. We won't be able to welcome attendees before 5:30pm or after 5:50 pm, so feel free to come on time.

はい、夜通しで様々な高品質なフィンガーフードと、お一人様1杯のドリンクをご用意いたします。ケータリングでタコス、唐揚げ、肉団子、ポテト、サラダ、トルティーヤ、チップスなどを用意します。ご自身の飲み物やソフトドリンクの持参も大歓迎です。コミュニティで共有できるものをお持ちいただいても構いません！アレルギー対応も可能です。お申し込み時に事前にお知らせください！
