Many of us have tried tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini but the results can still feel generic, impersonal, or simply not useful enough for our business.
In this practical 20–25 minute session, June will show how giving AI the right context can turn it into a more useful business assistant. You’ll learn how to:
• Give AI essential context about your business and customers. • Define your voice so the results sound more like you. • Set clear boundaries around what AI should and shouldn’t do. • Apply your context to a practical task such as content or customer communication.
You’ll leave with a simple Business & Voice Brief that you can use immediately to get more relevant and authentic results from tools like ChatGPT.

June Nardiello is an AI trainer, startup mentor, and facilitator with more than a decade of experience designing and leading learning experiences for founders, students, leaders, and teams across universities, accelerator programmes, and organisations.
She recently completed the international Adaptig AI Train-the-Trainer certification and now helps people turn generative AI into practical workflows they can confidently use in their everyday work.
