​What happens when an AI agent needs to work for days, learn from experience, or coordinate with other agents? The familiar loop of retrieving context, calling tools, and updating state starts to show its limits.

​Join Yohei Nakajima, creator of BabyAGI and General Partner at Untapped Capital, for a look at ActiveGraph, an open-source runtime that records an agent’s actions, observations, decisions, and state changes as a graph of events. That record makes it possible to inspect what happened, replay a run, and explore how an agent might improve over time.

​Yohei will share lessons from his recent experiments in long-term memory, self-improvement, and multi-agent discovery, including:
