About Event
The Right to Breathe is an interactive workshop combining air quality science with yoga and somatic practices to explore how the air around us affects our health and wellbeing.
Led by Karina Corada Perez and Claudia Brazzale, the session offers practical tools to help participants better understand air pollution, reduce everyday exposure, and reconnect with breath through gentle movement and breathing techniques.
Participants will explore both indoor and outdoor air pollution, learn simple practices inspired by yoga, and discover realistic ways to improve air quality at home and in daily life.
Designed to be welcoming and accessible, the workshop is open to all adults, with no prior experience needed. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
Part of the RDCS's Innovation Days.
