After breakfast, guests will head to the Pine Forest where they’ll have access to the Oléa Marketplace, featuring interactive, hands-on activities for everyone to enjoy.

Science, benefits, and guided instruction on the benefits of forest bathing.

Forest Bathing Experience – Pine Forest
Guests will put into practice what they learned about forest bathing while spending time in the pine forest.

There will be lots of great prizes. All attendees will be entered to win an Oura Ring and a scholarship to the Italy Retreat or a conference of their choice.

What if I am no longer able to attend?
If you are no longer able to make it, please let us know as soon as possible. All seats for this event are reserved and meals are prepared in advance. We truly appreciate your notice.
Where do I park?
There will be signs directing you where to park upon arrival.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Please walk to the Harvest House, where breakfast will be served.
What happens after breakfast?
After breakfast, all attendees will be guided together to the pine forest area, where the event will take place.
Can attendees invite guests?
Yes. You are welcome to invite guests.
Guests must be:
Adjusters
Case managers
Risk managers or professionals who handle claims
Service providers may not attend unless they are sponsoring.

When will I be assigned a team?
Teams will be assigned the day of the event. You will receive instructions in advance.
Will there be CEU credits?
Yes. CEU credits will be available for adjusters and nurses.
Will there be giveaways?
Yes. There will be many door prizes for attendees.
If I attend, will I be entered to win a scholarship to Italy?
Yes. All attendees are automatically entered to win a scholarship to attend the Oléa Italy Retreat.
If you are selected and are unable to attend, you may donate your scholarship.
Will there be strenuous activities?
No. All activities are designed to be accessible and easy to participate in.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes. Breakfast and lunch will be provided by the onsite restaurant. Snacks and beverages will also be available throughout the day.
What is the dress code?
Relaxed and comfortable.
Athletic wear is strongly recommended. Sneakers are encouraged, and you’re welcome to bring sandals as well.
Is advance registration required?
Yes. Due to the high cost of this event, we must ensure an accurate headcount.
Space is limited. All attendees must be registered in advance. No walk-ins will be permitted.
