10:00 AM | Breakfast, Open Hacking & Networking – Kick off the day with code, coffee, and connections.
11:00 AM | Matchmaking – A session to help builders find a team or add new members.
12:30 PM | Whiteboard Sessions + Product 1:1 – Quick strategy sprints for clarifying product goals.
1:30 PM | Lunch Break – Refuel and reset for the afternoon.
2:30 PM | Open Hacking + 1:1 Devpost Submission Mentoring – Dedicated build time with mentor support.
3:00 PM | Devpost Submission Review (Submit your project to Devpost and work with a Mentor)
