DDQ Hot Rooms | Healthtech
A private Angels Den Hot Room for investor evaluation.
This is a sector-focused due diligence session on high-growth businesses across healthtech, delivered in partnership with leading investors, founders, operators, clinicians and healthcare specialists.
The room is intentionally intimate, with a maximum of 15 attendees, bringing together a curated group of 5–10 angel investors, VCs, family offices, healthcare operators, clinicians and sector specialists, alongside presenting founders, for candid investor evaluation.
Two high-growth founders. No audience. No noise.
Each founder has 12 minutes to present, followed by a live, candid DDQ-style interrogation. Expect the kind of discussion that usually happens after the pitch—commercial traction, clinical need, product-market fit, business model, clinical evidence, regulatory pathways, reimbursement, healthcare procurement, patient and provider adoption, data privacy, IP ownership, technology defensibility, partnerships, revenue quality, margins, financials, market timing, founder quality, valuation, competitive positioning, scalability, risks and what would need to be true for investors to invest.
We are particularly interested in businesses operating across digital health, AI-enabled healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, remote monitoring, preventative health, women's health, mental health, healthcare infrastructure and adjacent healthtech sectors.
Ahead of the session, investors receive a concise diligence pack covering the company's data room, financials, traction, commercial model, clinical evidence, regulatory position, patient or provider adoption metrics, IP position, go-to-market strategy, competitive landscape and key investment questions. The objective is for everyone to arrive informed, allowing the discussion to go deeper, faster.
The format is intentionally closer to an Investment Committee discussion than a demo day. Following each founder presentation, investors openly debate the opportunity around the table, sharing perspectives from venture capital, angel investing, clinical practice, healthcare delivery, technology, regulation, procurement and operating experience.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Members only. Limited seats.
The room where allocations actually happen.
