Explore what rest, intention, stillness, and connection (RISC) can look like in your life and how they could help you come into your full self.

Prepare your mind and body by settling deeply into rest (not just sleep) on the first evening.
Dive into where you feel adrift and how intention can help you feel more fulfilled.
Connect with other women and the world around us.
Experience guided stillness on a labyrinth walk—no experience required.

Return home with an idea of how RISC can help on your journey toward the person you were made to be.

Open to: Women 18+
Suggested fee to cover all costs is $430 for double-occupancy and $480 for single-occupancy.
You may pay extra if you would like to help cover another woman's costs. If cost is a barrier, please email [email protected] to inquire about the level of scholarship funds we are able to offer.
Fee includes one-night lodging in a comfortable room with two full-size beds and private bathroom; four chef-cooked meals, snacks, and beverages; program materials; skilled facilitation; and access to amenities like a pool, hot tub, and hiking trails.
