How to Tame Your LLMs
with Flavius Burca, CTO at Invergent

Agents get the hype, but the model underneath is where the real control is. Flavius will go hands-on with what it takes to make an LLM do what you actually want: when prompting is enough, when to fine-tune, and what changes when you train a model yourself.

He'll share what he and the Invergent team are learning while training a small, Romanian-first LLM (still in training): data, compute, the choices that worked, and the ones that didn't. Expect a technical session with a live demo, followed by an open discussion. Bring your questions.

This event is open to senior technology leaders - no recruitment, sales or marketing professionals please.
