​Have you always wanted to learn calligraphy? Maybe you bought a beginner kit months (or years) ago, and it’s been quietly collecting dust in your closet. You scroll past beautiful lettering on social media and think, “I wish I could do that,” but never quite know where to begin.

​If you’re feeling intimidated or unsure where to start, this Atlanta calligraphy class is for you.

​In this modern calligraphy workshop, you’ll learn the foundational process of building letters in a modern style using guides, worksheets, and step-by-step instruction. You’ll receive a beginner calligraphy kit with everything you need to get started, including a pen holder, nibs, ink, and paper.

​During the final portion of the class, we’ll shift into a Valentine’s Day-inspired project, where you’ll be guided through laying out and writing a heartfelt card or short love letter using your new calligraphy skills. You’ll have time to practice on different papers and envelopes, and you’ll leave with folded cards ready to give to a loved one. Perfect for Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, or simply sharing something meaningful by hand.

​No prior calligraphy experience is necessary. We’ll cover how to use your materials, form letters, connect words, and create a polished final piece you’ll be proud to share.
