About Event

AI can create real value in healthcare, fintech, insurance, and other regulated industries. The challenge is turning an early idea into something people trust, teams actually use, and organizations can scale responsibly.

This Impact Night on September 15 will explore that journey through two connected conversations: how to build AI around a real healthcare need, and how to move from AI experiments to meaningful adoption and business impact.

Bring your own questions, an AI idea, a current pilot, or a challenge from your team.

Building AI around real healthcare needs

The evening will begin with a fireside chat with Nina Formánek Jaganjacová, CEO and co-founder of Auris One.

Nina will share how Auris One is using AI to help medical teams spend less time on admin and more time with patients.

The conversation will explore how the company started, how the team learns from healthcare professionals, and how they turn a real human problem into a useful AI product.

We will also discuss what it takes to build trust in healthcare, where the needs of patients, medical teams, and organizations all matter.

From AI experiments to real adoption

Our second fireside chat will be with Sara Maldon, Head of Business Automation & AI at Make.

Sara leads AI transformation and business automation at Make and has helped scale internal AI adoption across the company. She brings hands-on experience from building hundreds of AI agents and thousands of automations, with a strong focus on turning AI into measurable business impact.

We will explore what companies can learn from early AI experiments, how to find use cases worth scaling, what needs to change inside an organization for AI adoption to grow, and how leaders can connect automation, AI agents, people, and business outcomes.

The conversation will also look at what teams often underestimate when introducing AI, how to build the right foundations before scaling, and what responsible adoption looks like in practice.

Focused 1:1 mentoring

This edition will also include a more intentional mentoring experience.

Each attendee will have the chance to book a 1:1 conversation with one mentor and focus on one meaningful question they want to move forward in life, work, or business.

Inspired in part by The 5 Types of Wealth by Sahil Bloom, we are bringing together mentors with experience across several carefully selected areas:

Time Wealth — Adela Schiker, working with leaders and teams on habits, decision-making, productivity, and using time with more intention.

💪 Physical Wealth — Libor Mattuš, a corporate wellness and longevity coach focused on energy, resilience, stress, health, and sustainable performance.

🧠 Mental Wealth — Allie Miklasova, a coach, counsellor, and writer working across clarity, career growth, leadership, change, and personal development.

🤝 Social Wealth — Clara Cismaru, an executive coach, strategic advisor, former tech product leader, and mentor focused on relationships, trust, leadership, and important decisions.

🎨 Design — Aneta Monagas, a Senior Product Designer with 9+ years of experience helping teams simplify complex products, improve customer experience, adoption, and usability, while also helping AI builders strengthen their UX and product design skills as they build new AI products.

💰 Investment — Václav Gregor, an investor and founder mentor who has supported 100+ startups across fundraising, growth, international expansion, and investor readiness.

🤖 AI Transformation — Sara Maldon, Head of Business Automation & AI at Make, bringing hands-on experience in AI adoption, automation, AI agents, organizational change, and turning AI into real business impact.

Choose the conversation that matters most, bring one real question, and use the opportunity to move something important forward.

Who is this for?

This Impact Night is for people who want to use AI in a useful, practical, and human way.

It is especially relevant for:

  • Startup founders and scale-up leaders

  • Product, marketing, and operations professionals

  • Business development and customer experience teams

  • HR, People, and employer-branding leaders

  • Healthcare and healthtech professionals

  • Innovation and digital transformation teams

  • Leaders responsible for AI adoption, risk, or governance

  • Professionals thinking about how AI may change their work and careers

You do not need to be an AI expert. You only need to bring curiosity, a real challenge, or a process you would like to improve.

Participants will leave with practical ideas, new connections, and a clearer view of how AI can reduce busywork, support responsible adoption, and create more time for meaningful impact.
