About Event

About the Event

Every enterprise has an AI strategy. Very few have an AI reality.

The gap between a compelling demo and a production-ready deployment that genuinely changes how an organization works is wider than most leaders expect—and it has very little to do with the technology itself.

Join us for an insightful session with Lalitha Ghadiyaram as we explore what enterprise AI adoption actually looks like on the ground. We’ll examine the governance frameworks that enable rather than block innovation, the measurement traps that make success look like failure, the human resistance patterns that no architecture can solve, and the small, deliberate moves that build momentum nobody planned for.

Drawing on real-world patterns from regulated industry deployments, this session will explore the legal, contractual, and operational realities of bringing AI into enterprise environments.

What You’ll Learn

  • Governance That Enables Innovation: Explore governance frameworks that support responsible AI adoption without unnecessarily slowing progress.

  • Measuring AI Success: Understand measurement traps and learn how to evaluate meaningful business outcomes.

  • The Human Side of AI: Recognize organizational resistance patterns and discover ways to build trust and encourage adoption.

  • From Demo to Production: Explore practical approaches to moving AI initiatives from promising prototypes to production-ready enterprise solutions.

  • Lessons from Regulated Industries: Understand the challenges of deploying AI in environments with significant legal, contractual, and operational requirements.

About the Speaker: Lalitha Ghadiyaram

Lalitha Ghadiyaram has spent over 20 years building systems where failure is not an option. Her career began with safety-critical air traffic management software and has evolved into enterprise AI, cloud architecture, and large-scale transformation programs at a Fortune 500 global insurer.

She holds certifications across Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud, has led payment modernization across six global providers, and founded the Enterprise Reliability Review program, which achieved SOC 2 readiness with zero audit findings.

As Chairperson of Mosaic, Assurant’s employee resource group, Lalitha brings the same discipline she applies to technical systems to the human side of organizations—building environments where people feel safe enough to contribute their best work.

Her talks draw on real-world experience across three continents, multiple industries, and two decades of navigating rooms where she was once the newest, youngest, or most unfamiliar face. She brings a distinctive perspective on enterprise transformation, organizational culture, and turning ambitious technology strategies into meaningful outcomes.
