​Let's build together, again! Join us for the next edition of AI+Robotics hackathon in Aachen, where the brightest minds in AI and Robotics come together to build & have fun in a motivating atmosphere.

Contribution: €16 per participant to cover snacks and drinks

​Why join

​This hackathon is built by and for our community. Expect real robots on real problems, helpful mentors, and teams that learn fast together. No gatekeeping, no ego. Just curious people building useful things while learning.

​What to expect

• ​Hands-on projects on Franka Emika, Hanwha, UR, LeRobot, AgileX and other friends.

• ​Partner use-cases that reflect real needs in automation

• ​On-site mentors from research and industry for quick feedback

• ​A friendly lab atmosphere with snacks, drinks, and whiteboards

• ​Demo hour at the end to share what you built and what you learned

​Focus areas

• ​Data collection & AI model training for specific task (mix of simulation and real data)

• ​Multi-task model training, combining simulation and real data

• ​New Manipulation and Teleoperation Hardware integration for data collection

​Example themes

• ​Vision pick and place, inspection, manipulation

• ​Robot Learning, AI policy and motion generation, task planning, tool use

• ​Softbody manipulation

• ​Data augmentation with Simulation

​Who should join

​Builders, students, researchers, engineers, designers, product thinkers. Bring your curiosity. Basic Python or ROS helps, but is not required. Solo participants are welcome and we will help you form teams.

​We ask for a €16 contribution to cover snacks and drinks and to confirm committed attendance. Spots are limited to keep things hands-on.
