活动内容
这是一场开放麦之夜。在 BioBloom 元黑客松正式开赛前一晚，我们用一个轻松但高效的夜晚帮你找到队友、找到项目、或者找到你自己的方向。没有预设的讲者名单——任何愿意担任实验主理人（Experiment Lead）的人，都可以现场报名上台。每位上台者有 3 分钟 推介自己的项目想法，讲完即可在现场开启招募。你可以挑一个心动的项目加入，也可以带着自己的问题来找搭子，或者干脆走上麦克风，成为实验主理人。
流程安排（约 2 小时）
开放麦推介（约 30 分钟）
现场报名上台，每人 3 分钟
快速讲清楚：要解决什么问题、想做成什么样、需要什么样的队友
讲完即可开始现场招募
现场组队 & 自由交流（约 1.5 小时）
上台过的主理人现场摆摊招募，参与者自由加入感兴趣的项目
没找到方向也没关系——你将会有 3 天时间加入到其他团队中

About the Event
This is an open mic night. The evening before BioBloom Meta-Hackathon officially kicks off, we'll use one relaxed but high-energy evening to help you find a team, find a project, or find your own direction. There's no pre-set speaker list — anyone willing to step up as an Experiment Lead can sign up on the spot and take the stage. Each speaker gets 3 minutes to pitch their project idea, and can start recruiting on-site as soon as they finish. You can join a project that excites you, bring your own question and look for collaborators, or simply walk up to the mic and become an Experiment Lead yourself.
Run of Show (~2 hrs)
Open mic pitches (~30 min)
Sign up on-site, 3 minutes per speaker
Be clear and quick: what problem you're solving, what you want to build, what kind of teammates you need
Start recruiting on the spot as soon as you finish
On-site team formation & networking (~1.5 hrs)
Speakers who took the stage set up corners to recruit; participants float between projects and join the ones they like
Haven't found a direction? No problem — you'll still have 3 days to join other teams during the hackathon
