The One Person Team: AI, Grit, and Shipping to Production
Chill, mingle, and get inspired at our upcoming East Coast PM Meetup on the Upper West Side.
Three bold builders will share how they solo-built end-to-end, production-grade products. Using AI tools, sharp product thinking, and relentless execution, they created deliverables that would have required full teams just a few years ago.
These are real products in production, built start to finish by one person, with AI as leverage.
What we’ll explore
How they shipped to production, not just prototyped
Their real AI stack, workflows, prompts, and tools
What AI replaced, and what still required craft
Shipping constraints: data, QA, infra, UX, and distribution
What it feels like to be PM, designer, engineer, QA, DevOps, and support in one

Panelists
Amit Cohen – Product Builder
Built an AI-powered lead qualification system for real estate agents. What once required manual intake calls, spreadsheet sorting, and back-and-forth coordination is now an automated end-to-end pipeline that captures, filters, and prioritizes leads in real time.
Asher Atlas – Product Leader
Turned his board game side business into a production-grade AI platform, built entirely solo. He'll talk about what it took to replace the most human part of selling games — the conversation that helps a group find the right one for their night — with something that actually scales.
Nimo Shkedy – GTM and AI Consultant, YC Founder
Turned his agency’s GTM services into AI-powered products: A LinkedIn thought-leadership interviews & networking AI with human-in-the-loop and a competitor intelligence system that catches buyers engaging with rival reps in real time. His work is a live example of the service-as-software model.
Hosted by
Shira Luk-Zilberman – Product and UX Consultant, AI
Helps startups turn ideas into shipped products. Fascinated by AI as individual leverage, she believes the best way to learn is by shipping, and the second best is by gathering builders to exchange real-world insights gained through doing.
