A mini-retreat for your mind, body and spirit.
Mindful breaths and light stretching incorporated into each session.
In a small-sized group setting, write to prompts in our live virtual journaling circle. Sharing is encouraged AND never required.
This 3-session course is open to journalers at all levels of experience, from complete beginner to lifelong journaler and everything in between.
