Beyond Antigen Recognition: Outsmarting Tumor Heterogeneity
How can we engineer cell therapies capable of overcoming tumor heterogeneity?
In this session, Alessia Volpe, PhD - Chief Research Fellow and Senior Research Scientist in the Radiology Department at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center - will share an innovative strategy designed to address antigen heterogeneity in adoptive cell therapy.
Drawing on over a decade of experience in translational immuno-oncology, advanced in vivo imaging, and the development of cutting-edge optical and nuclear imaging platforms, she will also discuss how multimodal imaging supports CAR-T cell design and the optimization of next-generation immunotherapies.
