About Event

Please join us on Thursday 9 July, from 1.30-2.30pm, for our webinar revealing the findings of this year's Charity Digital Skills Report.

I'm Zoe Amar, and together with my co-author Nissa Ramsay from Think Social Tech, we'll guide you through the key trends shaping our sector's digital and AI landscape. This annual report has become the essential barometer for charities navigating the digital and AI world, and we can't wait to share this year's insights.

During our session, we'll explore:

  1. AI adoption: How charities are progressing with AI, the risks they're managing, and why skills, strategy and leadership matter

  2. Key trends in 2026: The forces shaping digital progress this year and how AI is changing the way charities work day to day

  3. Digital divides: Differences between large and small charities, regional differences in digital skills and maturity, and why digital skills support matters

  4. Inclusion and equity: How charities led by and for marginalised groups are approaching digital and AI, with lived experience at the heart of this year's report

  5. Funding landscape: What charities need from funders to move forward with digital and AI. For the very first time, we also have data on how grantmakers are using AI.

We will discuss all the trends you need to move forward with digital and AI, and what they mean for the sector and individual charities. Alongside this we will share actionable insights, whether your goal is to drive your charity's digital journey forward, or to better support your clients and partners.

Please do bring along your questions and experiences. We hope it will be the start of a conversation about where our sector goes next with digital and AI, and what it needs to move forward.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Best wishes, Zoe and Nissa
