A wire transfer has gone wrong. Business funds have disappeared. A customer is furious and threatening legal action. Your bank, insurer, regulators, employees, and customers all want answers—now. What will you say? What will you disclose? And what decisions will you make in the critical hours that determine whether your business survives?
When Funds Vanish is a live, in-person business crisis simulation for owners and senior executives. Participants form cross-functional leadership teams and take charge of a fictional company in the midst of a major wire-fraud theft. Teams must direct communications, financial, legal, and operational decisions as the crisis unfolds.
o Learn core C-Suite skills of decision-making in a crisis - without going through an actual crisis.
o Compare crisis approaches with other C-Suite peers from other industries - and an expert panel.
o Leave with a one-page incident card you can re-use.
The session concludes with a 45-minute expert panel unpacking lessons, recovery strategies, and insights.

Limitations:
Only one player per company. One free observer seat is available per registered player, but only for someone in your business (please let us know if you would like a free observer seat, as we register those individuals separately).
