​At VIBE25-5: Tokyo, we’re bringing together cutting-edge YC startups and Japan’s brightest student developers for a 4-hour creative sprint. Your mission: build something real — fast. Whether it’s art, community, or an entirely new product, show how AI can push the boundaries of what’s possible.

​The Challenge

​In just 4 hours, ship a working demo that uses AI/codegen to create something surprising, useful, or delightful.

​✅ Must be demo-able by the end of the night
✅ Any domain is fair game: art, community, tools, games, or something brand new
✅ Submit your code, record a quick video, and share your demo live
